Tenant in Common (TIC) is a way of holding title to real estate, in which the investor maintains a deeded, fractional interest in real property. The investor receives monthly income and can take full advantage of the tax benefits allotted to investment property owners, namely deferral of capital gains (through a 1031 exchange), annual depreciation and the potential appreciation upon sale.
Tenant in common investors are best served by a sponsor with a proven, broad-based real estate track record, exceptional internal financial resources, and an inventory of investment-quality properties. ORIX meets those high standards and more. The ORIX TIC program offers high-quality properties and an unrivaled level of customer support through a dedicated TIC Client Relations Group that is knowledgeable, courteous, and readily available to respond to all account questions.
We bring institutional validation to the TIC industry and unparalleled experience, resources, quality and value to the individual investor. As a TIC sponsor, we work with select registered representatives who are committed to their clients’ financial success.
