ORIX Real Estate Capital's Asset Management Group directs the management, leasing, and strategic planning on a diverse portfolio of institutional-grade retail, office, industrial, and multifamily investments across the United States.

The Asset Management Group creates value by maximizing property cash flows and residual value. Day-to-day operations are reviewed for operating efficiencies, while lease strategies are developed to ensure lease terms are negotiated and structured to be consistent with investment objectives. The asset management group draws upon a deep pool of talents within the company’s acquisition, construction, debt, and transactional analysis departments to achieve operating efficiencies and determine optimal disposition timing on each property.

Over the past 15 years, ORIX Real Estate has provided “value-added” asset management for a $1 billion portfolio of ORIX-owned assets. In addition, the group has provided both third-party asset management and property management services to institutional owners of office, retail, and industrial portfolios.

Dispositions

The Asset Management Group includes specialized disposition managers who focus on the marketing and sale of investment opportunities within the ORIX portfolio. In most cases, ORIX will retain brokers to market properties for sale.
